That’s exactly what we are.
Osteria Vespucci was created to welcome anyone passing through Florence: travellers, curious visitors, locals looking to rediscover familiar flavours.
It all begins with the idea of bringing a real, authentic place back to the centre of Florence — where food is still prepared the way it used to be.
Local ingredients, traditional recipes, Tuscan wines and a convivial atmosphere.

We are located at Via del Corso 75R, just a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica, right in the historic center of Florence. A perfect spot for anyone exploring the city and looking for a traditional Tuscan osteria between visits.
On foot: from Piazza della Repubblica you can reach us in less than 1 minute.
From the Duomo it takes about 3 minutes: walk along Via Calzaiuoli and turn into Via del Corso.
If you’re arriving by car: we are inside the Florence ZTL (limited traffic zone).
The closest parking garages are Garage Tornabuoni (Via del Sole) and Garage del Bargello (Via Ghibellina), both just a short walk from our osteria.
