A TUSCAN OSTERIA,
THE WAY IT SHOULD BE
Do you know what an osteria really is?
The word comes from hospitarius, “one who welcomes”: a place to stop, eat well, enjoy a good glass of wine and immediately feel at home.
Osteria Vespucci was born from this idea. Today, you’ll find us at two addresses in the heart of Florence, both rooted in Tuscan cooking and the same honest, uncomplicated way of gathering around the table.
Local ingredients, traditional recipes, carefully selected wines and a relaxed atmosphere. For those visiting Florence and those who live it every day.
Osteria Vespucci 75R
Tuscan cooking, familiar flavours
At Osteria Vespucci 75R, Tuscan cooking is at the heart of the menu, with fresh pasta, traditional recipes, slow-cooked dishes, truffles and a dedicated selection of Florentine steaks.
The wine list focuses mainly on Tuscany, moving through its best-known wine regions, with whites, rosés and sparkling wines alongside the reds.
A lively, welcoming osteria for anyone looking for the most recognisable flavours of Florence and Tuscany.
Ristorante Osteria Vespucci 65R
Tuscany, from land to sea
At 65R, you’ll find the same Tuscan foundations, with more room for the sea.
Alongside fresh pasta, ragù, truffles and Florentine steak, the menu features raw fish and seafood, shellfish, clams and the catch of the day.
The wine list follows both sides of the menu, from Tuscan labels to bottles selected to pair with seafood.
